Log in to the Publication Portal
Retrieve files from the External Publication Portal
- Click an item in the Groups field to see the files associated with a specific group or organisational unit. If you have access to a single group only, that group will be pre-selected.
- Click an item in the Persons field to search for files associated with a specific person. If you have access to the files of a single person only, such as yourself, that person will be pre-selected.
- Click on a file in the My files field to display or download that file.
File lists
- My files are files that have been shared directly with you.
- Files about persons are files associated with groups you are a member of.
Search for groups, persons or files
You can search for specific groups, persons and files in the lists Groups, Persons and My files.
- Use the text fields labeled Search group, Search person and Search file to find items in the corresponding list.
- Use the eraser symbols next to the text fields to reset each of the filters.
- Click the Reset button on the top-left of the screen to reset all three search filters.
Sorting files
You can sort the files displayed in the File table.
- Use the sorting symbols in the table heading to sort the table rows by the column in question.
- Clicking the same symbol twice in a row reverses the sorting order.
Secondary information
Many of the items displayed in the publication portal provide secondary information via tooltips by hovering the mouse pointer over text items.
- The Group list provide tooltips of TSD unique identifier for the group - e.g. pXX-member-group - and optional names given to groups by project administrators. You can use any of these names to search for a group.
- The options of the Persons list provide tooltips of the internal IDs of the persons displayed.
In the listing of My files, the following information is available:
- Publisher - the person who shared the file with you.
- Published - when the file was published.
- Expiry - the latest date on which the file will be accessible to you.
- Usages - indicates how many times you may access the file (if applicable).
