Access to Windows VMs in a TSD project
The Project Administrator manages the access to Windows Virtual Machines (VM) to Project Members.
How to Manage Access to Windows VMs
Grant access in the Selfservice portal
1. Log in
Open a web browser and go to this address:
https://selfservice.tsd.usit.no/vm-access-management
Please log in with your TSD username, password and one time code.
2. Choose to either grant access to vm from the VM perspective, or the user perspective
From The VM perspective, the project admin can from the drop-down menu choose the virtual machine that one wish to grant user(s) access to, or revoke access from.
From the user perspective the project admin can, from the dropdown menu, choose the user that one wish to grant access to virtual machine(s) for, or revoke access from.
Grant access while reviewing applications
The Project Administrator can also grant access to all Microsoft Windows VM(s), while reviewing membership applications.?
