Manage access to Windows VMs in TSD

As an administrator, you can grant access both when users are created and later via TSD Selfservice (selfservice.tsd.usit.no).

Grant access when creating a user

To grant access to Windows VMs when creating a user, you must check the option Grant access to all Microsoft Windows VMs.

The user will then have access to the Windows VM from the first sign in.

Grant access via TSD Selfservice

You can grant access to a Windows VM after the user has been created via TSD Selfservice.

1. Go to TSD Selfservice
2. Click VM access management under Project administration.
3. Go to Manage access for single project user.
4. Select the user you want to give access to the Windows machine by clicking Select user.
5. Click the Grant button to give the user access.
