Let the Teams phone ring in both the speaker and headphones
If you have headphones connected to your computer that you are not wearing, and do not look at the screen when it rings, you may not notice incoming calls.
Set up Teams so that it rings both on speakers and in the headphones at the same time by doing the following:
- Open Teams on your computer and go to Settings. You find this tab by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner and then click Settings.
- Go to the Devices tab.
- Scroll down to Secondary Ringer and select your computer-speakers.
