Setting quiet time for Teams phone

If you don’t want to receive calls or messages when you’re busy or when you are not at work, you can change these settings and set up quiet time.

Set quiet time on your mobile phone

  1. Open Teams on your mobile phone.

  3. Click on Notifications.

  4. Scroll down to the Block notifications section and click on Block during quiet hours.

  5. Toggle Certain hours on to set up quiet hours, and choose the times and days you want. If you want quiet time for entire days, toggle on All Day.

To sync your quiet time across all your mobile devices, toggle on Set on Teams and Outlook. Your quiet time schedule will then sync across all Teams and Outlook mobile apps where you are signed in with the same account.

Set quiet time on your computer

  1. Open Teams on your computer.

  3. Click on your availability status.

  4. Select Do not disturb. You will not receive notifications with this option selected.

  5.
