How to set up a single choice question that forwards to a new form
- Go to Form builder.
- Click the gear icon at the top of a single choice question, and check the box so the question will be used for Forward the respondent to a new form.
The single choice question will then get a new field where you can enter the form ID for forwarding that the user should be forwarded to after submitting a response.
- Remember to add the question Reference ID in the form the user is forwarded to if you want to be able to link the responses from the two forms.
If the option is greyed out, you must first remove all form IDs in the Forwarding to other forms field under the Settings tab. You can only use forwarding to other forms either via a single-choice question or via the forwarding to other forms set in the Settings tab.
