As a queue handler, you can add and remove case handlers yourself via User Info.?
- Go to the?Groups?tab in User Info
- Click into the group that belongs to the RT queue (usually starts with "rt-" followed by the queue name).
- Enter the username of the person under?New account(s).
- Press Add members

In the overview, you will also be able to see the current members of the group.
Routines for group maintenance
It is a good idea to remove employees who no longer need access from the group immediately, so that it's always updated.
It's also important to extend the groups when you are notified by email. You will then receive an email that one of your groups is about to expire, and you can follow the instructions in the mail to extend them. If the group(s) expire then the access to RT will also disappear. You can then contact IT support to restore the group(s).
