Change language, signature, and color in RT

The most important settings for your user profile are listed below.

Change language

It is recommended to have RT in English, as the Norwegian version is not well translated. Additionally, the guides use the English terms in RT. 

  1. Start by navigating to About me in settings:

  2. Go to the field to change the language and set it to your preferred language.

  3. Click on Save settings at the bottom right of the page when you are done.

Add signature

Your signature will automatically appear every time you respond to a ticket in RT. You can choose whether to include or remove it when replying to a ticket. 

  1. Start by navigating to About me in settings:

  2. Enter your desired signature in the Signature field:

    Red circle around where you should write your signature.

     

  3. Click on Save settings at the bottom right of the page when you are done.

Change color in RT

  1. Navigate to Settings

    Red circle around the button to access settings.

     

  2. Change color under Theme

    Red circle around where you can change color.

     

  3. Click on Save changes at the bottom right of the page when you are done.
