Confirmation of received email
When you send an email to us, you will receive a response confirming its receipt. Inside the email, you can click the link to RT to see the status of your case, but this is not necessary.
Please do not delete the ID number in the subject line, as it is necessary for us to identify your case. The ID number looks like this in the subject line [rt.uio.no #XXXXXXX]

What should I do with this email?
You can safely ignore it, as it is just a confirmation that your email has been received. The case number is good to note, as it is used if you need to refer to the email thread. You can find it in the subject line.
It is possible to reply to the confirmation, and the new response will then be added to the same case.
