Change your Educloud password

You can change your password through?self service portal in Educloud.

If you don't have ID-porten and need to se a new password, please contact your project administrator?and instead refer to the following guide: Resetting password and OTP for international users

  1. Go to the self service portal (selfservice.educloud.no).
  2. Under Your Personal Data, click Password.
  3. Sign in with either ID-porten or your Educloud username, password, and OTP.
    • If you have forgotten your Educloud password, or if you cannot use ID-porten because you are a user from abroad, please contact the administrator of your Educloud project to send you an email to reset your password.
    • If the Educloud username, password, and OTP does not work you can use ID-porten instead. See the bullet point above if you do not have ID-porten.
  4. Choose a password that meets the password strength requirements and re-enter it to confirm. Notice that you cannot reuse a password that you have used before.
  5. Finally, click Set password.
  6. Notice that your password will expire one year after being set. Please remember to set a new password in due time if you want to continue using Educloud.
