Information about the future teaching

As you see below the lectures will be cancelled due to the corona-virus situation. Especially there will be no teaching Monday and Tuesday next week.  On Tuesday this week I started on Chapter 2, defining delta-complexes and the homology for such complexes(simplicial homology) (p. 102-106). My plan for Monday/Tuesday next week was to calculate the homolog for T^2 and RP^2 (Example 2.3 and 2.4) and then start on explaining singular homology. I suggest that you yourself read about this, for example read p. 106 to 111. including the formulation of Theorem 2.10(which is an essential Theorem) (If you have the guts you can also read the proof of 2.10 but that proof is rather involved and take time and effort to digest). When the situation become somewhat clearer I will post a message about what kind of electronic teaching we can offer you in replace of the ordinary lectures.
