Who you can contact depends somewhat on what you need help with.
Ordinary assistance on our part consists of support counselling in connection, for example, with stress, a difficult transition, advice on how to handle conflicts, conversations prior to meetings that are perceived as challenging. An overview of the offers available from the national health service and NAV is also a topic in our conversations.
ARK
The ARK questionnaire asks if you have experienced discrimination, bullying and harassment, sexual harassment, or been subjected to violence and threats. If you have answered that you have experienced any of these – perhaps you need someone to talk to?
We in the Occupational Health Service Unit have a duty of confidentiality. You can contact senior advisor Kristine Moll?-Christensen or occupational nurse Trine Evensen and request a conversation.
All employees, as well as employees who are on full or partial sick leave make use of our services. Conversations with the Occupational Health Service are subject to a duty of confidentiality. This means that no one will know that you have been in contact with us, or what the reason for your contact was – if you do not want this to be made known.
The Occupational Health Service Unit is obligated to keep records (Norwegian).
Regardless of who you initially contact, we will try to ensure that you can talk to the person who best meets your needs. We normally set the limit at up to five conversations.
