You may expand PSY9190 with PSY9195.

Teaching
The course will cover numerous choices that researchers face at the different stages of the research process, by contemplating possibilities and discussing reasoning for the different choices made.
The topics for each gathering will be driven by the challenges that the participants face in their projects (planning and carrying out data production, choosing analytical approaches, developing the analysis, presentation of results in recognized outlets). The lecturers will make sure central phenomena of the qualitative process are covered over the course of PSY9190 and PSY9195. The main focus for PSY9190 will be on analysis.
Presentation of and working with relevant text will be part of the schedule.
The teaching will emphasize theoretical, methodological and personal reflexivity in the work with the Ph.d.- project. The language of instruction will depend on the participants, meaning it will be in Norwegian if all participants speak Norwegian, otherwise it will be taught in English.
Three sessions, each 4 hours.
It is necessary with a minimum of 80 percent attendance to get the course approved.?If you your attendance is below this limit, it is possible to join the course in one of the following semesters.?
