Lecture note on isotropy for tensors of ranks 0, 1, 2 and 4 is available.

In the detailed teaching plan, we will give suggested reading in one (maybe two) English-language textbooks. GM = George Mase "Continuum mechanics" Schaum's outline McGraw-Hill. FI = Fridtjov Irgens "Continuum Mechanics" Springer 2008. Those interested in the latter book should order it on their own.

During the first part of the fall term, from August 24th, we will have lectures on Mondays 10-12 and workshops on Mondays 14-16.
