First mandatory exercise

The first mandatory exercise consists of Project 2.1 and Exercise 2.30 from the book.

Misprints: In Project 2.1 in the formulas for alpha and beta th efraction h/2 should be h/4. In addition, the extra ( in the formula for beta should be removed.
