Valgkomiteen har innstilt to lederpar som kandidater til valg av ny instituttleder og nestleder for perioden 2020 til 2024. Det betyr at ansatte ved PSI f?r et reelt valg og at kandidatene m? drive valgkamp.
Det ene lederparet er professor Ole André Solbakken som instituttleder og f?rsteamanuensis Evalill B?lstad Karevold som nestleder.
Det andre ledes av professor II Bj?rn Lau og ledsages av f?rsteamanuensis Vibeke Moe som nestleder.
Prosessen fremover
En n?rmere presentasjon av kandidatene og deres lederplattform kommer p? disse nettsidene n?r valgkampen starter i august. Kandidatene vil ogs? holde allm?te med debatt i uke 38 i september. Selve valget vil st? andre uke (41) i oktober.
Siste frist for ? melde inn andre lederkandidater enn de valgkomiteen har innstilt er mandag 26. august.
En lederkandidat må ha støtte av minst 5 personer med stemmerett ved valg på instituttleder/stedfortreder for instituttleder. Ingen kan underskrive på mer enn ett forslag til samme verv. (UiOs valgreglement)

Here are the election candidates
This year is election year. The Department are lucky to have two management teams prepared to navigate PSI into the future. Get ready for an election campaign this autumn.
The Election Board has nominated two management teams as candidates to the position as Head of and Deputy Head of Department of Psychology for the period of 2020 to 2024. Which means that employees of the Department have a real alternative and that the candidates are in for an election campaign.
One of the teams running for office are Professor and candidate for the position as Head of Department, Ole André Solbakken, together with Deputy Evalill B?lstad Karevold.
The other nominated team is headed by Professor II, Bj?rn Lau, accompanied by Associate Professor Vibeke Moe.
The Process Ahead
A further presentation of the candidates and their management platform will be updated on these websites when the election campaign kicks off in August. The candidates will hold an open meeting and debate during week 38 in September. The second week (41) of October is election week.
Final date for nominating more management candidates is Monday 26 August.
Management candidates to Head of and Deputy of Departments has to be supported by at least 5 persons with the right to vote. No one can sign more than one nomination to the same position. (UiO Election Regulations)
