The study programme consists of 60 ECTS credits of theoretical curriculum and a master's thesis of 60 ECTS. Please see the programme for general structure and requirements.

Mandatory course
If you have already passed FYS3710 – Biophysics and medical physics (discontinued)(cancelled since 2018), you will be exempted from the requirement of FYS3700 – Biophysics and Medical Physics/FYS4700 – Biophysics and Medical Physics
