Add many members to a team

For an?open?(Public) Team

For an?open?team we recommend that you share a link to the team. The image shows how you find the link.

Click on the three dots next to the Team. Then choose Get link to team.

Anyone?who recieve the link can then click on it and enter the team directly.

You can also do this for a closed Team, but then you will have to accept requests from everyone who uses the link.?We therefore recommend the method described below.?

For a closed Team

We recommend that you share a code with those you wish to enter, if there are too many to enter manually.?Note that this is only for users at UiO. Guest users can not join with a code.

1. Click on the three dots and choose Manage Team.
2. Then you choose settings, expand Team code?and choose Generate.
3. All who recieve this code can join the private team.
4. To use this code the use must choose Join or create a team, and then type the code under Join a team with a code.

How many can you add to a video meeting?

There can be a maximum of?250 people in a video conference. Read?more?about the specifications concerning Teams.
