IT Help is the single point of contact for all IT support at UiO. All students and employees may contact us if they have questions or problems with IT services at UiO, regardless of faculty or unit.

Where are we located?
In-person appointment:
It is possible to arrange a meeting with a support operator for special needs, by appointment at the Service Desk on the 3rd floor in Kristen Nygaards hus (Gaustadalleen 23A). The appointment will be booked in collaboration with one of the IT Help operators by sending an email to it-hjelp@uio.no.
Drop in at Georg Sverdrups hus:
IT Help is available for drop in next to the entrance to the HumSam Library in Georg Sverdrups hus.
Opening hours for drop-in:
10:00–12:00 and 13:00–14:00
Note that for advanced requests, a physical appointment should be set up at Kristen Nygaards hus by contacting us at it-hjelp@uio.no.
