IT Help is the single point of contact for all IT support at UiO. All students and employees may contact us if they have questions or problems with IT services at UiO, regardless of faculty or unit.
Reduction in staff during the exam period
Due to the exam period, our staff is reduced from 13.11.2024 to 13.12.2024. A longer response time should be expected both on the phone and email. We thank you for your patience and wish all fellow students good luck with their exams.

- At certain hours there may be many people calling, making waiting times longer. We therefore recommend that you start a chat or send us an email if you require help.
- It is possible to make an apointment with one of our operators, meeting 3rd floor Kristen Nygaards hus (Gaustadalleen 23A) with apointment. The apointment vill be booked in accordance with one of our operators.
