Students and others with private computers or different platforms can find assistance in the guides linked on the UiO web page about software.
In Company Portal you can download and install software to use on your UiO PC.
Here you will also find the option to sync or reset the machine in addition to installing applications.
To start Company Portal and install software
- Go to the start menu and find Company Portal, or search for it in the search bar.
- Click the icon
- Click on the software you want and select Install.
The simplest is to search for the desired application.
NB: It is also possible to open Company portal in any browser at https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/. There you can check which machines belong to you, retrieve the BitLocker key, or reset a selected machine.

Book a Zoom meeting
Students and employees can book a Zoom meeting with UiO Helpdesk. Available hours are Tuesday to Thursday between 11:00 and 13:00.
