Target Audience
Anyone who will add new content to the information screens at UiO.
Procedure
- Start PowerPoint and create a new presentation.
- Select Design → Slide Size → Custom Slide Size.
- Select Slide sized for → Custom.
- For landscape screens choose Width: 50.8 cm and Height: 28.575 cm
For portrait screens choose Width: 28.575 cm and Height: 50.8 cm. - For landscape screens select Slides → Landscape
For portrait screens select Slides → Portrait. - Click OK → Maximise if prompted.
- Add the content you want to show on the screen (note: only one slide).
- Select File → Save As.
- Choose the location, enter a filename and make sure Save as type is either
.jpgor.png.

Accessibility
- Use high contrast and large text (at least 24 pt).
