The aim of the internship programme is for the students to develop competence in research, technology and innovation. In addition, the programme provides opportunities for networking for both students and companies.
At the matchmaking event, the companies present themselves and what they can offer in terms of summer jobs in 2024, and there will be time for mingling.
The Student Association for Medical Innovation (SMI) and the Student Association for Pharmaceutical Innovation (SFI) are responsible for the practical implementation of the internship programme. The companies themselves are responsible for interviews and employment of candidates following the matchmaking event on 8 February.
The Growth House at the University of Oslo covers 50 percent of the salary of 20 students who are offered summer jobs in companies with fewer than 10 employees. The companies themselves can cover as many positions as they wish.
