Strength training outdoors

Course description

Good old-fashioned circuit training that addresses the whole body with strength, fitness, flexibility and balance exercises. There are simple and functional exercises that most people can do. Get fresh air while taking part in a fun workout with colleagues. Give your rigid office body a challenge!

Target group

The training is suitable for everyone, but you should be able to lie down, bend your back and do similar tasks.

Time

Wednesdays at 11.00-12.00

  • Weeks 34-43
  • First time: 21 August
  • Last time: 23 October
  • Note: The course has a break during the autumn holidays (week 40) 

Where

Outdoors on the Blindern campus.

Meeting place the first time is at the reception at Athletica Blindern.
