Grand opening UiO: Digital Scholarship Centre

Welcome to the opening of the University Library's major new initiative: the Digital Scholarship Centre (DSC).

Researchers are being met with an ever-increasing number of new digital tools, digital methods and requirements for opening up their research. The DSC will help you navigate these new demands and make your daily research work a little easier.

DSC provides courses and workshops designed to help you develop new digital skills for future research. DSC also offers individual guidance on data management plans, data sharing, licensing, archiving, visualization, open and reproducible research, support in digital research methods and more. We have experience providing guidance in a wide range of complex challenges at the intersection of research and digitalization and can also draw on a large network of experts from across UiO.

Starting on June 22, the Digital Scholarship Centre (DSC) will have a dedicated space on the ground floor of the HumSam library in Georg Sverdrup's House.
