F?rstkommende torsdag k?serer f?rstelektor Nick Allott om lingvisten, spr?kfilosofen og samfunnsdebattanten Noam Chomsky. Allott ga i 2021 ut boka A Companion to Chomsky sammen med Terje Lohndal og Georges Rey. Denne ble nominert til den prestisjefylte PROSE Awards i kategorien filosofi. Prisen deles ut av The Association of American Publishers.

Dear all,

This Thursday senior lecturer Nick Allott will give a talk om Noam Chomsky, entitled ¡®Who is Noam Chomsky, is he still relevant, and if so why?¡¯ In 2021, Allott published a volume on Chomsky together with Terje Lohndal and Georges Rey, a volume which was nominated to the prestigous PROSE Awards in the philosophy category.

The talk is part of the ILOS academy and takes place in Niels Kaffebar on March 3rd, at 2.15 pm.
