This is what is it like to be newly hired in our company

It is important to us that our newly hires feel welcome and have all the resources they need. All newly hires will be a part of our onboarding program which includes orientation, practical arrangements, training, and introduction day together with other newly hires.

We also have a buddy program where you will be paired up with an experienced colleague that will help you feel welcome and included from start.
