This is what is it like to be newly hired in our company

Our graduate program is called BAG (Business Analysis Group), and is a unique program for graduates and young professionals. The consultants in BAG get a unique opportunity to work across Capgemini Invent service and sector divisions.

As a graduate, you become a member of our project teams and work with experienced consultants to deliver projects to our clients. You will be an important part of the team, with defined responsibilities, for example analysis related to the projects problem statement, the execution of client meetings and –interviews, facilitating workshops, develop business cases, map processes, write reports and present the results to the client.

As a graduate, you will have both a buddy (usually last year's BAG's), as well as a mentor with a minimum of 4 years experience. After approximately one year, BAG consultants are transferred to the capability area they want to specialize in.

As employees in a global organization, BAG consultants have opportunities to take part in international projects. This represents an opportunity for learning and exchange of experience across national borders.

Last, but not least, BAG represents a unique social network! To be a part of BAG entails a connection to a special social environment consisting of young graduates. In addition to other social events arranged by Capgemini Invent, BAG organizes a number of different activities on their own, for example trips, dinners and other social activities. As a result, BAG creates a memorable and unique social environment.
