Message for EMSIE students only:
Due to lack of internet facilities and travel period from Oslo to Prague we have decided to extend the deadline for submission of SIE4200 individual assignment to Monday 16 April at 12.00.
Candidate numbers are now visible via your individual StudentWeb. Please make sure the course code and your candidate number is written on the front page of your assignment. Remember to include a signed and scanned copy of the "Obligatory Declaration Form" - available via your "links" file.
As you have been previously informed the assignment should be written with the following specifications: Line spacing 1.5, Letter size 12 for the main text in font "Times New Roman", larger letter size for the headings (14), do not justify the right margin, use APA Reference Guide - available via your "links" file.
Please keep the following time available: Wednesday 28 March from 12:15-15:00 in HE 234. We would like to conduct a short evaluation of the EMSIE components in Norway and then meet together with both groups so you can say "Farewell" to your fellow SNE students.
EMSIE students: Nicolai and I will come to GS UR 2 at 15:00 today Monday 19 March (after your lecture and before the student group work) to see if there are any admin. questions you need to take up with us before you leave for Prague.
Additional Norwegian classes have been added on 5 & 12 March. Dr Sanjay Prasad will now lecture on 7 March from 09:15-12:00. There is an extra seminar on Wednesday 12 March from 12:15-14:00 with Jorun Buli-Holmberg. See teaching plan for details.
Two extra sessions in week 8 as follow up from the study visits in week 7. Wednesday 22 Feb. 14:15-16:00 HE 234 (groups 1 & 2) & Thursday 23 Feb. 14:15-16:00 HE U30 (groups 3 & 4). The session from 16:15-17:00 in HE U30 on Thursday 23 Feb. is a Term paper Seminar for SIE4200 students only. See teaching plan for details.
Please remember the "Dissertation allocation meeting" today 24 Jan. from 14:30-16:30 in room HE 233. This is for Erasmus Mundus students only.
Please look at the detailed schedules for SIE4200 and SNE4200. Bring your LapTop to class if possible.

Contact the IT person on duty in the PC rooms in Helga Engs building to receive your password and log on to "SNE4110 Fellesrom h?st 2011" which is the common virtual classroom for SIE and SNE.
Statistics lectures on SNE4230 will now begin one week earlier - from Tuesday 14 February.This means EMSIE students will be able to join 4 sessions before departure for Prague. See detailed teaching plan for SNE4230.

The detailed schedule for SIE4200 Spring 2012 has just been published. Lectures will start in week two 2012, but there will be meetings/induction sessions after you arrive in week one. Most of the sessions in January, February and March will be together with our M. Phil. SNE students attending SNE4200.
