RSNE4310 – Specialization in quantitative data analysis
Course content
This applied course equips students with essential skills in data analysis. Participants learn about various data collection methods and quantitative research methods, including their applications and limitations. To tailor the learning to students’ needs, parts of the course are set aside for exploring quantitative methods specifically relevant to their interests. By the end of the course, the students have learned to select appropriate methods for their research questions, conduct and interpret analyses, and communicate results. They also develop the competence to evaluate existing quantitative research that applies these and similar quantitative approaches.
