Welcome to a new and exciting Autumn term at the University of Oslo. I have given this course at the Dept. of Political Science since autumn 2000. In addition to post-graduate students, I have also encouraged practioners (working in NORAD and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and representatives from NGOs to attend the course.
