It seems we have a problem with the electronic subscription to the American Economic Review. If you follow the ordinary link, you meet a paywall. I've asked the library to fix it, but it may take a while. In the meantime you can use my "other links" which links to Jstor.

All AER papers can be found at jstor.org - just search for the title.
