Another typo in Seminar problems ¡­

Another typo in Seminar problems (1st Seminar):

In question 1c) The tenant is risk averse and his utility is given by u_L(x)=log(1+x)

Earlier it was mentioned that u_T(x)=log(1+x), which was not correct.

The typo is fixed and a corrected version is posted on the web.
