• Lectures will from now on be in Seminarrom 220, 2. etasje, Eilert Sundt hus. Same time, but nicer place.

• Accordingly, I will put more emphasis on discussion. In preparation for next lecture, I'd like you to think a little about the following problem: Suppose you were an advisor to Ullern / S?ndre Nordstrand, Oslo fylke, or the central government, and the question is where to locate a waste treatment plant. How would you design an economic model to inform this decision? Would your model/decision depend on whom you advice?

• The first seminar problem set and slides for the third lecture have been posted.
