Some information

As you will see there is now a complete lecture plan out, with what to read to each lecture.  Compared to the tentative plan I have taken away one topic, and decided to use two lectures on disability insurance.  

I got a complaint that the information that the midterm assignment was voluntary came late.  I am sorry for that.  I am also sorry for the fact that the correct paper for the last lecture of Thor Olav Thoresen was not announced ahead of the lecture.  It was a misunderstanding between me and Thor Olav.
