Four typos p. 14

I am sorry, but there were four typos on p. 14 of the notes for 14 Sep.  The fraction (1-A) divided by (1-tau)(1-pi) appears twice.  The factor (1-pi) in the denomitator should be (1+pi).  After the fraction, there is a bracketed expression pho+delta(1+pi)+pi.  The final term should be minus pi, not plus pi.  A new version is now available.  -DL
