As I said in the seminar today, there will be questions related to all themes - those covered by me and those covered Thor Olav and Diderik - at the exam.

I wanted to make this annoncement since some students asked me if I made the exam questions, I said yes - but afterwards I come to think that maybe the students interpreted this as only the topics I lectured over are relevant.

two last lectures (30. April & 7. May)

We are a bit behind the plan.

I have decided to not talk about public expenditures and you do not have to read the literature that is under that heading.

Next lecture I will keep finish off the Stiglitz "new new.." paper.  I will illustrate the implications a non-linear income tax has for the provision of public good (Boadway Keen paper and the paper by Edwards Keen and Tuomala).  I will probably also start on the appendix in Brewer et al and finish that in the last lecture.  In that lecture I will - upon request - repeat or clarify things that we have gone through.

Lectures 26 Mar and 9 Apr

26 March will cover Sandmo (1974), Zodrow (1991) and S?rensen (2005).  9 April will cover Lindhe and S?dersten (2012) and de Mooij and Devereux (2011).  Lecture notes will appear 24 hours before the lectures.  Exercises for the seminar 15 April will appear one week ahead of the seminar.  -DL
