Correction: The text on fiscal competition is Hindriks and Myles: Ch 18 "Fiscal Competition" pp 569-601.

The seminar on November 1 may be extended beyond 16:00 to leave some time for discussing the term paper.

The excursion to the Ministry of Finance must be postponed until Friday November 3. It will last from 10 o'clock until some time between 12:00 and 12:30. Those who know for sure that they will NOT be able to participate are kindly requested to notify Vidar Christiansen by email to vidar.christiansen@econ.uio.no

There will be held an extra lecture Thursday September 14th, 14:15-16. Location: "Grupperom 4" in Georg Sverdrups building.

Again: Change of place for the seminar. The new place is room 830 in Eilert Sundt building, at 14:15-16 September 13th. Assignments will be announced the week before.

Change of time and place for the seminar: room 1247 Wednesday's 14:15-16.

Owing to conference participation, teaching in week 35 (lecture on August 31) will be postponed. Notification of new lecture time will be given later.
