THERE IS NO LECTURE TOMORROW, Thursday 8 March. This exception has been in the plans since they were announced the first time. I am sorry that I, by mistake, put out a file with lecture notes for 8 March. They will be used for 15 March instead, and I will edit the file so that the correct date appears. -DL

There is no lecture on Thursday 23 February. However, there is an exercise for self-study, no. 3, available in Fronter. This should give you something to work with during next week.

Welcome to ECON4510 spring semester 2012! A lecture plan will be available around 16 January. Lectures start 19 January. The textbook by Hull, which is used during the second half of the semester, is on the reading list in its eighth edition. The seventh edition can also be used - there are only some very minor differences in the chapters we use. The chapter numbering differs due to a new chapter 8 (which we will not use). The relevant chapters in the seventh edition are 1, 5, 8-13. -DL
