Lecture 3: We covered topics 3.2-4.2.1. Lecture note 3 is available.

The second seminar has been postponed one week to 15/2 (the usual time and location). Exercises will be given later.

The first seminar will be held on Tuesday, February 1st. A set of exercies for this seminar is now available. As agreed in class, two groups of students are responsible for some of the exercises. In addition, there are individual exercises that should be done by all students.
