I have just posted an updated versions of the notes "Macro Lecture 3". Compared to the old version, a couple of typos have been corrected and few explanations have been added.

I have just posted an updated version of PS 4, with a corrected Problem 1, question 3 (the correction is in capital letters). The answer we gave in class is consistent wit the updated version of the question.

Thanks to the student that pointed out the mistake. Please do not hesitate to let me know if the wording of questions or lecture notes is not clear.
