Following some questions regarding the "Leibniz-exercise" in the last seminar I posted a short note. Regarding the Leibniz' rule itself I refer to the math books by Knut Syds?ter.

I have published a note to the last seminar exercise. It will hopefully make up for the mess in the first seminar.
Note also that there was a typo in the seminar assignment. In question 2d) it saies "real interest rate" where it is supposed to be "real Exchange rate".
I have posted the seminar exercise for next week. Some of the problems might be difficult as we don’t cover the entire curriculum before next week. I have posted the slides covering all the material and you have the references to the textbook so do your best!
The promised note on the third seminar will be posted on Wednesday after class.
Furthermore I’m looking forward to meeting you in the lectures as well. AND remember, we would like your feedback on how things are doing, so talk to your contact students or us directly.
Cassandra Velten is your contact student. Her e-mail adress is:

Here are the lecture slides as promised. I also uploaded next weeks seminar exercise. Please prepare well for both the technical part and the discussion part, I would like to have active students and many questions at my seminar.
