Seminar exercise 6 is already on the web for those of you who like to get an early start on exam exercises (it is last year's exam problem set). Do not hesitate to ask if you have questions regarding the exam form.
Both presentation packages are now updated with the presentations at seminar 5.
Lecture 13 on Forward Guidance will take place in Auditorium 2 from 8.15 - 10 am on 2 May, i.e. one week later than scheduled. The lecture plan has been updated.
Seminar 5, originally scheduled for Friday 4 April, has been moved to Friday 11 April. Same time and place.

Today, the Norges Bank Watch 2014 report was published, presented and discussed at BI (The Norwegian Business School). Link to the event can be found here. The report is on the course's reading list (the link has been updated) and will be discussed at the lecture on 11 April.
Camilla, Christiane, Fernanda, Linn, Nikolai and Martine S joined me to the event and will share their experiences at the lecture.
The exercise for seminar 3 (7/10 March) is now on the web. Play around with the excel sheet to better understand the equilibrium dynamics of the New Keynesian Model in the presence of a monetary policy shock and/or a demand shock.
After two seminars and eight presentations, the two seminar presentation packages are now on the web. The packages will be updated after each seminar.
The order of the last five lectures have been change. The order is now final.
Kjersti Haugland (DnB Markets) will give the lecture: "Global economic outlook and monetary policy challenges". Slides will be available on the web after the lecture.
The problem set for seminar 1 will be posted on the web on Friday 24 Jan.
The reading material for lecture 2 is available by email only. If you missed the first lecture, send me an email at nina.midthjell(at)econ.uio.no and I will send you the material. In the email, please also inform which seminar you will be attending (i.e. Mondays or Fridays).
