A reading list of sections in the textbook that can be skipped for exam purposes will be published on the course web page before the start of the course. In addition, some supplementary lecture notes will be published on the course web page during the course, where certain topics from the textbook and lectures are discussed or amplified.
The students should be familiar at the exam with parts that will be indicated of the supplementary lecture notes.
