Two changes in in the initial publication of the course details.

Two changes from initial publshed course details:

1)   New seminar leader:  Ruslana Datsenko

2)   Seminar Group I (Tu 8:15-10) in week 38 was originally postponed to week 39, but will now go in week 38 - Tue 8:15-10. However, the venue in week 38 has changed to HH sem.room 301.

The teaching plan has been updated with both changes.
