Seminar problems

As posted earlier, I will assign entire exam problem sets for next seminar. However you should first try to get this week's topics right. So:

  • For the envelope theorem: as posted in the previous message.
  • For homogeneity/homotheticity: compendium problem 31, and also problems 2, 4 and 5 from this set from last spring. (Problem 3 I used in class, but you can use it to check that you are able to do Euler's homogeneous function theorem right.)
  • The following exam problem set does not really hit bullseye on where we are now, so expect to spend more than three hours on it: Autumn 2010.
I suggest you do that first, since you would anyway have to fiddle a bit with the details; it makes a better practice set than "test set".
  • Test yourselves on the Spring 2012 set.

For a third set, which you should be able to do, but which will not be given priority next week (but might be assigned for the end): Spring 2014.
