No lecture tomorrow, and no consultation hours

As discussed today, we call off tomorrow's lecture. We will complete the course by next week, bar the last lecture which will be review, to be scheduled for some time after you are done with the 3150/4150 exam.

If there is anything you know that you would want to have briefly reviewed, we may have time on Wednesday; I would like to know that by Tuesday then.

So the remaining lectures will be as follows:

• Nothing tomorrow.
• Tuesday 28th: approximations in several variables, and then starting on the elasticity of substitution
• Wednesday 29th: the remaining bits on the elasticity of substitution, and possibly a review topic.
• Some time in May - this to be discussed on Wednesday!: 
  A review lecture where I will cover 
  • The Autumn 2014 exam (which I have not linked to yet ...), and
  • Review topics by request, or if no requests, my usual "this course in a nutshell" review lectures.

I will post problems tomorrow; they will include the entire spring 2014 exam. (And ... this message I should have posted earlier tonight, but I had forgotten the system was to go read-only for maintenance.)
