Compulsory problem set 2 has been marked and graded. All 74 papers that were handed in have been accepted. If you didn't get your paper back during the lecture last Wednesday, you can pick it up together with a set of solutions at the department office on the 12th floor. More than half of the papers got an A, but the results on the exam are not likely to be so good, so don't have too high hopes. Good luck to everyone all the same!

There are no seminars in this course after the end of April. However, there is obviously still a need for doing exercises, so I will go through selected problems on Wed 5 May and Wed 12 May, 10:15-12:00, in the usual place, Auditorium 7. See "Seminar problems, 5 and 12 May" for a list of the problems I intend to discuss. You will get solutions to all the problems, as usual.

Note: This course is supposed to be taught in English if necessary. So far the lectures have been given in Norwegian because no one has admitted having difficulty understanding Norwegian. If, however, you do not understand Norwegian well enough to follow what goes on, please let me know and I will change to English. (Failure to understand the mathematics is something else!)
