Presentation of a written patient record

Case Meeting: During your independent self study at the department of paediatrics you are expected to take the initiative to contact patients and parents for medical history examination and also to physically examine patients on your own initiative. Always contact the responsible nurse on the wards, and if possible your resident tutor, before approaching the patients/parents.

You are expected to make contact with patients and parents on the wards to take medical histories and examine patients at your own initiative. Always ask the nurse in charge on the ward which patients/parents are suitable.

Mandatory: To present one patient¡¯s written medical history at the Case meeting.

Rikshospitalet: Meeting room D1.2043 A/B, 13:00-15:00. Please bring a copy of the history for assessment by the tutor.
