OSCE-exam for Modul 6 the 13th of June 2023: Information about meeting point and time schedule.
A registration desk will be set up in front of the entrance to the seminar rooms. You need to bring a picture ID (student card, passport, bank card with photo, driver license). Line up to register and have your ID ready. You will then receive a white coat and a candidate number to pin on your coat.
All candidates will leave their personal belongings (including your wristwatch) behind in the seminar rooms. You may bring food, beverages and something to read (carry this in your hands. Bags/purses are not allowed). After a short information session, you will be guided into the closed area where the examination takes place.
Group 1 will have to wait 1 h 15min after the examination before you can leave.
Group 3 will have to wait 30 min after the examination before you can leave.
The rest of the groups may have to wait 5-15 minutes or can leave immediately after the examination.

Group 1
Candidate numbers: 50001 - 50020
Meeting point: Seminarrom 1 B2.U001 RH (the stairs down from Medisinsk bibliotek).
Registration between 07:10-07:30.
Students who show up after 07:30 will be rejected. The exam starts 08:00 sharp.
Group 2
Candidate numbers: 50021 - 50038
Meeting point: Seminarrom 1 B2.U001 RH (the stairs down from Medisinsk bibliotek).
Registration between 08:35-08:55.
Students who show up after 08:55 will be rejected. The exam starts 09:25 sharp.
Group 3
Candidate numbers: 50039 - 50056
Meeting point: Seminarrom 2 B2.U002 RH (the stairs down from Medisinsk bibliotek).
Registration between 10:05-10:25.
Students who show up after 10:25 will be rejected. The exam starts 10:55 sharp.
Group 4
Candidate numbers: 50057 - 50074
Meeting point: Seminarrom 1 B2.U001 RH (the stairs down from Medisinsk bibliotek).
Registration between 12:10-12:30.
Students who show up after 12:30 will be rejected. The exam starts 13:00 sharp.
Group 5
Candidate numbers: 50075 - 50092
Meeting point: Seminarrom 2 B2.U001 RH (the stairs down from Medisinsk bibliotek).
Registration between 13:40-14:00.
Students who show up after 14:00 will be rejected. The exam starts 14:30 sharp.
