Signature books - Deadline 11. December 2025

Dear students,

Module 6 students will submit their attendance book/signature book digitally using an online form. The final deadline for submitting is 11. December 2025, before 4 pm.

1. Please write your full name (in capital letters) at the top of each page.

2. Sign the book (last page).

3. Take a photo/scan of all signature pages.

4. Convert it into a PDF document and save it as your name (Student Studentsen).

5. Upload and submit here: Nettskjema.

Please note: You will be contacted if there are any errors or missing elements in your submission.
